Free founding pilot

Founding pilot terms

A free, invitation-only evaluation for low-voltage contractors. Use the pilot to judge whether the shortlist helps your team find and qualify worthwhile work.

Updated September 5, 2026

Free participation and approved access

The founding pilot is free. No payment card is required, and there are no automatic charges. Creating a sign-in account does not grant access: participation requires a separately approved invitation.

Day 14 is a feedback checkpoint, not an expiration date or a billing trigger. Any future paid plan requires a separate offer and your explicit decision to join. A proposed price in the value calculator is an evaluation assumption, not an amount you owe.

What you are evaluating

The pilot provides a curated opportunity feed, trade and qualification context, an on-screen digest, and a workspace for your pursuit decisions. Coverage is limited and can be empty. Demo examples show the product format and are not active solicitations.

Scope-match and readiness signals help you review a notice; they do not establish bidder eligibility, package completeness, award probability, or expected revenue. The pilot does not promise a minimum number of opportunities, continuous coverage, bid wins, or financial results.

Check the issuing source before acting

Official solicitation documents and amendments control. Confirm the current deadline, required attendance, qualifications, submission method, scope, and all amendments with the issuing agency before spending money or submitting a response.

LowVoltScout does not submit bids, attend events, contact buyers, or commit your company to work. You remain responsible for your own decisions, licenses, obligations, and bid responses.

Use the pilot responsibly

Use only the workspace you are authorized to access. Do not share login credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or upload confidential material you are not entitled to share. Keep pursuit notes free of sensitive security details and other people's personal information.

Give candid feedback about relevance, whether a notice was new to you, and the time needed to qualify it. Participation does not authorize publication of your company name, notes, feedback, or a testimonial.

Leaving the pilot and changes

You can stop participating at any time. Personal workspace deletion is available in settings; sign-in removal and shared organization data requests go through your invitation contact. Read the privacy notice for deletion limits and provider information.

The pilot may change or be paused as it is evaluated. Keep your own copies of information you need for business records. Any change to price or paid participation requires a separate decision; it will not happen automatically.
