Information used by the pilot

• Sign-in information: Clerk handles authentication. The application uses your sign-in identifier and, when selected, your organization identifier to find your workspace and check pilot access.
• Match profile: your selected trades, territory, buyer types, project values, pursuit preferences, and qualification selections help explain whether notices fit your business.
• Workspace activity: saved notices, relevance feedback, pursuit stages, notes, and update times let you continue your review and assess the usefulness of the shortlist.
• Technical information: hosting and sign-in services process requests and related device, network, and session information to deliver and protect the service.

Keep notes focused on your pursuit decision. Do not enter passwords, camera credentials, sensitive building-security details, personal information about others, or confidential customer documents.

Where information is stored and who can access it

In the signed-in pilot, profile and workspace records are stored in the application database. A personal workspace is tied to your sign-in. An organization workspace is shared with admitted users who select that organization, so do not treat organization notes as private from those members.

Local demo mode stores profile and workspace choices in this browser, without uploading those choices to the application database. Other people using the same browser profile can access that local data. The public sample contains demonstration scenarios.

The cloud service uses Vercel for hosting, Clerk for sign-in, and Neon for database storage. Authorized service administration and support may require access to stored information. Provider information is available from Vercel, Clerk, and Neon / Databricks.

Value checks, downloads, and messages

The value check summarizes your saved feedback. Optional time and hourly-value calculator entries stay on that page and reset when you leave. Downloading a value check creates a file on your device; it does not send the report to the pilot team. Copies you choose to share are separate from the application workspace.

This version has no advertising pixels, payment collection, or automated digest emails. Authentication can involve messages from the sign-in service. Following an official notice link opens a separate website with its own data practices.

Deleting your workspace data

Use Match profile settings to delete a personal workspace. After you confirm, successful deletion removes its active application profile, saved notices, feedback, stages, and notes. Reloading the application while signed in creates a new empty workspace.

This control does not delete your Clerk sign-in identity, remove your pilot admission, erase downloads or copies already shared, or purge provider logs and backups. It does not delete shared organization data. Contact your invitation contact for sign-in removal, organization data requests, or questions about other retained copies.

In local mode, the control clears this site's profile and pursuit workspace from this browser. A reset marker containing no workspace content prevents old tabs from restoring deleted choices. It cannot clear another browser or device. Provider logs, backups, and separately shared records can have different retention periods; this workspace control does not promise immediate erasure of those copies.
